Do you have Public Liability Insurance?Yes, Oldbrook Hire Ltd has £5million public liability insurance. It is however important that you, the hirer, understand what this means. This insurance covers US, Oldbrook Hire, against damage or injury caused by unsafe or improper set-up, or faulty equipment. It DOES NOT protect against injury, damage or loss caused through either negligent use of the equipment, or altering any aspect of the set-up after delivery, or through normal use where accidents may occur.You, the hirer, are not covered by our insurance, as it is impossible for us to insure you against your liabilities. This is the case with EVERY event hire company in the country.
How much notice do I need to give you to place a booking?You can book your marquee / equipment at anytime however, we recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure you get the item you want, on the day you want it. You will also get a faster response if you contact us by telephone. We do take last minute bookings if we have marquees available.
Is there anything I need to provide when I hire a marquee from Oldbrook Hire?Members of staff will bring all the equipment needed with them. This will include the marquee that you have hired, extension leads, and RCDs.There must be access to a 240V mains power supply (general mains socket is fine) within 50 meters of the marquee.Generators are an alternative where no electricity is available and are priced from POA.
How long does it take to set up and pack up the marquee?Set up times vary depending on location and size of marquee but we aim for 2hours minimum. Packing up all the equipment usually takes minimum 2 hours depending size of marquee and amount of accessories used. again this can vary.
Will you send me confirmation?Yes, all bookings placed, be it online or by email or telephone (providing an email address is provided) will receive confirmation that your marquee has been booked.
How do I pay?
On booking we request a non refundable 15% booking fee within 48 hours to secure booking. this can be paid by Credit card, bank transfer or Paypal when booking & balance to be paid by BACS 7 Days prior to the event. No cash on delivery.
What if I need to cancel?

Delivery Policy
Where do you deliver?We deliver marquees & equipment to all Milton Keynes, Buckingham, Leighton Buzzard, Bedford, Luton, Aylesbury & Northampton. We can supply further afield but will have a delivery charge to cover our extra fuel and extra time, please contact us for details.
How much space do I need?The space you need depends on the type of marquee that you hire but as a general rule for marquees, you will need to allow a minimum of 3 feet all round.
How long do I get the marquee and its accessories for?The marquee is yours for a minimum of 1 day hire. We aim to deliver and collect at a time that suits you. Delivery times may vary but we do try our best to deliver and collect at a time that suits you.
Will you deliver, set up and collect the marquee?Yes, it's all included in the price you where quoted. Some areas will have a small delivery charge to cover our extra fuel and extra time outside of Milton Keynes area, please contact us for details.
What days can I hire a marquee from Oldbrook Hire?Our marquees are available to hire seven days a week, 365 days a year, including bank holidays and Christmas, provided they are not already booked.?
